At Prime Foods New Zealand, we stand by the quality and integrity of our products. This policy outlines our B2B return and replacement procedures.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted for goods that are:
• Delivered damaged or defective;
• Incorrectly supplied; or
• Agreed for return by prior written consent.
2. Timeframe for Claims
All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or delivery notes).
3. Return Procedure
Once a claim is approved, our logistics team will arrange collection or replacement. Goods must remain in original packaging and be unopened, unless defective.
4. Credits & Replacements
Approved returns will be credited to your trade account or replaced with the next available shipment.
5. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for overstock, unsold goods, or change-of-mind requests.
